I'm really pleased to announce that PSP London will be running its first class in Brixton on Monday May 17th...

Both Gary and myself are pleased to announce our first female trainee instructor; we both met Natasha last weekend on a training course and she was very interested in PSP and coming on board as a trainee.
We look forward to training her and getting her on the instructor training course later this year.

I had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with SAS legend Lofty Wiseman and I got myself a signed copy of his latest book :)

Been on a training weekend at Lilleshall National Sports Centre with my PSP partner Gary Hilton and got the chance to meet two heroes of mine, Lofty Wiseman and Ginge Johnson. Lofty gave a speech on situational awareness and Ginge took a session on self defence, very inspiring stuff indeed.
Two absolute legends within the SAS, if you haven't heard of these guys then Google them!

Here's a little video to give you a taste of what training with PSP looks like...reality based, no nonsense training that works and has been pressure tested by all three instructors, across the military, Police and security sectors.
Hollywood style martial arts teaching WILL get you killed and all three instructors are very vocal about this, there is no room for these instructors in the self protection industry.
Teaching Combatives and self protection is a very serious business and at PSP, we want to pass on to our students the correct training, alongside giving them the mindset, intent and situational awareness needed when out in society.
