Caged Steel Thursday night!

Once again another trip to Caged Steel comes up in no time at all, remember Darren's first one in January!!! Took the class through some sweeps and reversals, got a chance to show some old skool moves from back in the day!

Had another enjoyable afternoon session with Dave Morris and the lads, not had the gi on for a few months, felt strange with it back on!

Eddie Kone gets his black belt!

My good friend Eddie Kone was recently awarded his black belt out in the US from Royler Gracie and David Adiv!!

All the lads from CB Bolton and my good self wish Eddie all the best on an awesome achievement and look forward to having Eddie back at the club as a black belt!
