 Bit of a quiet one last night, but still lots of fun with everyone, plenty of rolling for everyone :)

 Was great to have Gorgeous George on the mats last night, showing off his hard earned silver medal from the English Open last weekend; wasn't the result he wanted, so it's on to the next comp :)

Last night's class

 It's No Gi this week at W19 and a great session last night, with lots of rolling all round, soon be preparing for the upcoming Grappling Industries event in July :)

 It was great to have Mike back on the mats, showing off his very well earned gold medal from the English Open at the weekend, the first of many at blue belt I'm sure :)

 Back in the Gi this week at Northern Monkey HQ and another killer Bank Holiday session, a little quieter than usual but a great session none the less, as always :)

Silver for George at the English Open!

 Congrats to George on a hard earned silver medal at the English Open on Sunday; George had a war in his first match going the full eight minutes and gave it his all in the final, but just fell short of the W.

A great result for the club in one of the biggest comps on the UK circuit, time to get back to the drawing board tonight and get ready for the next comp :)

 Was great to have Mike 'GIP' Cutting joining us on the mats last night, making the drive over from Andover to share the mats and share his knowledge with the rest of the monkeys :)

Last night's class

 A very, very hot and sweaty No Gi session last night at SW19, one last big push for the lads competing on Sunday at the English Open; a bit quieter than normal but great fun as always :)
