New training times!!

My very good friend of many years and fellow martial artist Jason Morrison and his wife have kinldy allowed myself and Mark to run classes at his full time academy :D This is temporary until we find a new location, looked at a decent place today next to the old club in fact!

The academy is fully equipped with bags and boxing ring and a massive matted area that easily accommodates up to 50 ppl.

Monday BJJ 730-9pm but can stay on a bit longer up til 10pm

Weds MMA 730-9pm same as above stay a bit longer

£5 per session, privates also available any day at any time.

RIP Paul Gilligan

One of my students and a very good friend of mine Paul Gilligan was fatally stabbed last night in Bolton town centre, in the neck and heart.

Paul leaves a partner and 18 month old daughter behind and a huge gap in many people's lives, the guys at the club are devastated at the news, including myself, who should have been going for a pint with him this afternoon.

This weekend has seen over four stabbings in Bolton, when is this spineless Govt going to do ANYTHING to stop knife crime.

God bless ya Gilly, top lad, top student and close friend, you're gonna be sorely missed, training won't be the same now.

New Blue Belt @ CB Bolton!

Polish Chris, aka 'Ivan Drago' was recently promoted to blue belt back in Poland, when he went back to visit family and friends. Back in Poland, Chris trains with the Linke Gold Team and all the guys at CB Bolton wish Chris all the best with the promotion!
