Wimbledon Warriors!
The club is really gathering momentum this year, with lots of new members and more students getting onto the competition scene; so far, four students have stepped up and are ready to lay it all on the line in two competitions, namely the London Fight Factory Interclub in May and the Kent Open in June.
So it's hard training (as always) for the fight team and for everyone else as we prepare for both competitions and it's a win-win situation for everyone; for as we help push the guys and increase the intensity of the training sessions, everyone improves their Jiu Jitsu and overall fitness whether they are competing or not.
I'm really looking forward to these two comps and to all the mega sessions over the coming weeks, it's awesome to see students overcome their fears and doubts and get out there and compete.

Last night's class
A busy night last night at the club, as we start to prepare for two competitions, namely the LFF Interclub in May and the Kent Open in June; a great session to kick start our preparations, with a fast paced session, crammed full of takedowns, drills and specifics, everyone worked real hard and left plenty of sweat on the mats for the cleaners.
See you all again on Wednesday!
