Last night's class
Another two killer comp sessions in the bag this week, as the clock ticks down to the South East Open in April; hard work from everyone, lots of takedowns and wrassling drills to get everyone into shape for the competition. Keep up the good work guys!

Bronze for Luis!
Finally managed to get a photo with my youngest student Luis, with his bronze medal from the Brighton Open last month. Luis is just sixteen years old and entered the comp with only three month's training under his belt, his eagerness to get in and do battle is very impressive, both with myself and his fellow students.
Huge congrats Luis, looking forward to your next competition real soon.

Goodbye Graeme!
Last night, my students and I bade au revoir and bon voyage to one of our students Graeme, who jets off to Canada next week for five and half months, for new job and training adventures.
It's been a real pleasure having Graeme at the club and we are all going to miss him, but will be keeping in touch with him and looking forward to seeing his training photos from various gyms around Canada.
Oooos!
