Under the current UK conditions, with everyone being told to stay indoors, I'll be doing my bit to keep up the spirits of my students and grappling friends around the world with a selection of instructional videos, posted on a daily basis, to help stave off boredom and give you some things to drill, if you're lucky enough to be able to do so...

Huge congrats once again to the lads that competed on Sunday, proudly showing off their hard earned medals at the club last night...it was a great training camp, everyone has benefitted from all the shark tanks and extra classes running up to the comp and are now looking forward to the Fight Sports Cup in May.

No Gi session

We left the Gi's home last night and brought in the prison rules book and had a jolly good No Gi session at the club, which was greatly enjoyed by all the monkeys, more of the same tomorrow!

1,2,3 at the Nova Grappling!

A fine day at the office yesterday, as the monkeys bagged a gold, silver and bronze at the Nova Grappling event yesterday at Croydon Judo Club...onwards and upwards!

All the hard work, the blood, sweat, tears and endless shark tanks are all over now, as the club's training camp had its last session last night...on Sunday, four students from the club will be competing at the Nova Grappling event in Croydon, with two students making their competition debuts.

Everyone has worked and trained really hard and I'm looking forward to seeing the monkeys get out there and put on a great performance...win or lose I'm proud of you al!

PSP seminar attendance certificates

I had the pleasure of handing out a couple of attendance certificates last night from the recent PSP Street Smart Seminar, held back in February up in Chesterfield...a couple of lads were missing, presumed injured, so well done to all the lads and here's to the next seminar in May!
