 Celebrating a half century of being alive today, wondering how the hell I've got this far relatively unscathed...looking forward to teaching tonight, what better present can an instructor wish for?

PSP - Situational Awareness

At PSP, we place a large emphasis on teaching the soft skills of self protection, as these can help you avoid ending up in a bad situation and get you home safely. The Cooper Colour Code awareness system is recognised worldwide, categorising four main levels of awareness; anyone training in self protection should be aware of this system, which is very easy to understand and implement into your daily living.

The Colour Code will be discussed in depth at PSP London classes and on all PSP seminars in the future.

Spartan Armour is here!

The armour arrived yesterday morning and I've more or less worked out how it all fits together, looking forward to testing the kit out in my PSP London classes at some point in the not too distant future...

 Looking forward to getting my hands on this awesome bit of kit next week!  

These kits aren't cheap and ship from Canada, so you have to pay the shipping and Customs charges; luckily for me, one of my students had a look on eBay and a full kit was on for sale, so I made an offer and got the kit for half price, plus a few upgrade extras, so can't complain.

This suit will be used in my upcoming PSP London classes and at all future PSP seminars; my partner in crime Gary Hilton also has one of these suits, which will add a real sense of realism to all PSP sessions and take the training to the next level...
