 Another great session, as always, good numbers again, will soon be hitting 20+ when everyone turns up together :)

Two new starters and a few more in the pipeline, so all good right now :)

Three bronze medals at the NOVA Grappling event!

 A great day at the office yesterday at the Nova Grappling event in London; three students entered and walked away with a bronze medal each for their efforts.

Fight Sports London came second in the team trophy, so a great day all round :)

It's not been the best time to prepare for a competition, our last event was back in February 2020 at the last NOVA event.

All the students are fired up and we are now setting our sights on the Brighton Open on August Bank Holiday Sunday!

Killer session last night!

 Another hot and sweaty session last night over at SW19 :)

Great to be back on the mats with old and new students, long may it continue!

BACK ON THE MATS!

 It was a very hot and sweaty session last night, as we finally got back on the mats and got around to the business of twisting up fools :)

Since the May 17th graduated return to training, the club took on ten new students and I've also messaged over a dozen people who are on the waiting list for end of restrictions that should have come June 21st, so fingers crossed we get some more new students.

Lots of fun last night and plenty of energy left at the end of the class for a cheeky little video!
