Brutal session last night Fish, really enjoyed it. Keep working us like that and I might get down to 75k, mind you I might have to cut out the McChicken meals diet.
Nice one Ben, glad you like the session, plenty more where they came from - I can only take you so far, the Mc Chicken lifestyle is down to you :)
