It's that time of the year folks, yes, New Year Resolutions time! The one time of the year we get SERIOUS about the upcoming year and all our goals and aims.
We all make them and how long do they last? Months? Weeks? Days??
We all have the best intentions and yet we all seem to find excuses to miss training; so if you think you're having a bad day or have a sore foot etc etc watch this video and may it inspire you to keep on training!
