Tuesday Open Mat!
Had a great turn out today for the Open Mat, arranged on behalf and at the behest of fellow Brazilian Jiu Jitsu addicts across the North West; had a drop in guest in the shape of Adam Sankey, who was up visiting relatives from sunny Cornwall and trains with Rafael dos Santos, alongside Tim Lukes who I competed against at the last Hereford Open in December.
A great afternoon of training jiu jitsu, no gi MMA and plenty of S+C was had by everyone and a great way to burn off the excesses of the last few days.
