Last night's class

Hard work was the order of the day last night and the mats were awash with Womble power, as we covered the two on one arm drag with takedown in fine detail and went through some Invisible Jiu Jitsu from the closed guard, ending up with a cool and high percentage guard pass.

Specific training and sparring ended a busy session and all the rash guards have been handed out, everyone is happy with their new purchases and we are now looking like a serious Jiu Jitsu club, next on the list are training shorts and tshirts.

Well done to everyone who trained last night and worked hard, pushing each other to become that little bit better than they were the day before.  I salute you all.
