Last night's class

Quite a good turnout last night, as the class clashed with the woefully embarrassing England match against Iceland; for those that made the session, we had a Royal Marine PTI, one Benny Benson, joining in the fun with the rest of the team.

Hard work from everyone as always last night, haven't picked a competition yet, but still training hard regardless.  More of the same tomorrow guys!
