First class of the year!

Had a great first session of the year last night at Checkmat Wimbledon and a great turn out too, considering students are still out of the country visiting families and some poor souls were stuck in work last night.

The session was Open Mat style and was a great way to ease everyone back into the training groove; with a seventies disco mix and funky disco house mix blasting from the speakers, the time flew by and all that was left was the group photo and some nifty 360 degree videos of people sparring and a group photo to finish off an awesome session.  I was also proud to be repping the slick new BAIN rashguard too, which admirably handled the rolls during the night.

Next class tomorrow night, expect more of the same!
