Last night's class

Thanks to this awesome apparel, I felt ten years younger in class last night and for the first time in many months, I actually managed to train with the lads for the whole session, without having to sit out, due to my creaky back and I had an awesome time with the lads.

Sessions like this usually come with a hefty price the morning after, when you can't get out of bed without reaching for the painkillers and getting your socks on in nigh on impossible; however today is one of those very rare good days for us veterans of the mats and this morning I emerged out of bed with very little post training aches, pains and tears, although I still have a sneaky feeling that the pain is in the post.

Looking forward to another good session tomorrow with the lads and just hope that I'm not pushing my luck too much; this post is a shout out to all my veteran grappling friends all around the world, who are still on the mats fighting the good fight...........Oooooss!
