James Saks in the house!

Huge thanks to my student Satinder in arranging last night's visit from South African black belt James Saks, who's in town for a few weeks and took time out of his busy schedule to take last night's class.

James is a double Worlds silver medallist, multiple IBJJF and NAGA medallist and a pro MMA fighter and James delivered a masterclass in the Old School ways of Jiu Jitsu, of which I'm a massive fan.

An awesome session to which I am very grateful to James, for delivering such a solid class, rooted in the basics and makes me know I'm teaching the right kind of things to my students.

Looking forward to class tomorrow to go over last night's gold...
