BJJ for MMA with Demian Maia!

 Yesterday was the last training session with UFC legend Demian Maia at London Fight Factory and what a session!

The class focussed on getting the entry into the Anaconda guard and was a masterclass in using BJJ for MMA, with video footage of Demian using exactly what he was teaching in some in some of his UFC fights.

From the Anaconda guard, a Pandora's box of leg locks, heel hooks and knee slices was opened, along with some absolute gold teaching points on sweeping and finishing submissions.

I can't wait to get back on the mats tomorrow and start drilling it all out with the monkeys!
