What a start to the month at Wimbledon BJJ, with a record number of monkeys on the mats for a proper Bank Holiday BJJ session!
Training in the Gi this week and showed the monkeys a number of options of escaping the mount position and three high percentage chokes from the back, plus a rolling bow and arrow choke for good measure.
Four purple belts, two blues and a grey belt, plus a bunch of hungry blue belts in waiting :)
Had a great time teaching and rolling with everyone, more of the same tomorrow!
