 A great day out at the London Excel Centre on Saturday, with two students stepping up to compete; Mike came away with a silver medal after a very close and hard fought match, eventually losing 3-0 against a season competitor.

Jun won his first match with a slick head/arm triangle submission and lost his second match to the eventual bracket gold medallist in another close match, succumbing to a guillotine choke towards the end of the bout.

Overall, a great result for the students, both of them never looked out of their depth against their opponents, the specifics and sparring only classes really helped with their cardio, a lot for them both to takeaway and work on and the preparation starts tonight for the upcoming NAGA event in September.
