Catch Wrestling 101 - the half alch in action!

 Although my student Jun lost via referee decision in his match yesterday at Caged BJJ 13 yesterday, he pulled off a superbly timed half alch takedown at the start of the match :)

I was first shown this move by my Trad JJ instructor Trevor Roberts and I've been using it and teaching it ever since; it's so cool to see my students pulling off these moves that I've taught them and keeping these awesome techniques alive and well :)
