Self defence class at Ringcross for MMARAP

I was back once again to the Ringcross Community Centre in Islington last night to take a self defence class for MMARAP; thanks to Jonny Buffong's hard work, he has managed to secure a donation of Gi's for the students, so they can start to train properly and feel like real martial artists.

Everyone had fun last night and looking forward to going back next week.
