Last night's class...

As always, a pleasure getting on the mats and teaching last night, lots of hard work from everyone, no complaints about the cold weather; hard to complain really at the club, as we have three martial arts classes on before we hit the mats, so the room is always nice and warm, a far cry from my days up North!

They don't know what cold is down here, as it's much warmer here, even in Winter time, which suits my battered and aching body to the ground; there are a few comps on the horizon, including the Fight Sports Cup on may 18th, so there's lots to be done, lots of specifics and rolling for everyone...what lucky people we are!
