Last night's class...

Always good to be on the mats with the lads and ladies, helping everyone to improve and reach their individual goals...lots of fun was had by everyone last night with a triple helping of spider guard attacks and counter attacks, with a few prison rules subs thrown in for good measure....roll on class tomorrow!
