Saturday competition class

Managed to sneak in an extra competition class at the weekend over at Wimbledon BJJ, as the monkeys continue to prepare for the Nova Grappling event in March.  A good turnout for a change for a weekend, with a number of blue belts on hand to help the white belts competing, two of them for the first time, a real team effort with plenty of hard work and shark tanks for everyone :)
