Here's another detailed packed video from Gary Hilton, showing how to correctly apply the palm strike; the palm strike is my favourite pre emptive strike, it can finish someone quick and latches you to their head where you can fire off more strikes and get into a position to control and restrain the Threat, if need be, especially when working the doors.
