Last night's class

 A very hot and sweaty session at SW19 last night, adding Jiu Jitsu escapes to strikes from guard and mount positions, following up from Monday night's class; everything changes when you start getting hit and hopefully the session gave the students a little taste of what it's like when the s**t hits the fan!
