First class of 2023!

 Had a decent turn out for the first class of the year last night, as many students are still out of the country visiting family...took the class through opening the guard standing up and opening and passing low style, emphasising the application of pressure all the way through the pass and finished with the deadly paper cutter choke.

Lots of fun as always, looking forward to class tomorrow :)
