Last night's class

 A very hot and sweaty Gi session last night at Northern Monkey HQ; took the class through a guard pull fake to ankle pick, pulling half guard and from the half guard, a cheeky combo of the Old School sweep, back take and knee slicer.

An hour of rolling ended the session and was the first time I've managed to roll after being laid up with the most horrendous ear, nose and chest infection for the last month...I'm pleased to say I managed five rounds and am still alive as I type this :)
