Had a very enjoyable weekend up in Nottingham for the Kaizen Adrenaline event hosted by Lucci Del Gaudio and his team.
Saturday evening was spent at an awards ceremony and dinner event and I was very humbled to come away with two awards, Services to Martial Arts and Outstanding Contributions award.
On the Sunday, myself and Craig Lawson took to the mats and delivered a self protection session, together with Craig talking about the use of reasonable force and its application within martial arts training.
It was great to see all the usual suspects over the weekend and to catch up with friend and looking forward to next year!
