Last night's class

 Started the month off in fine style with a killer No Go session last night at SW19, going over a few guard passes and played around with the Dope Mount position, plus a solid hour of specifics and sparring.

Young Erik is competing at the weekend at the Grappling Industries event in Gi and No Gi, so best of luck young man :)
