This short video was filmed last weekend in Portsmouth at Zentai Jiu Jitsu, arranged by my very good friend Colin Foster; it was a two hour Catch session and Colin managed to film a few techniques, this one I have been using for over thirty years, first shown by my old Jiu Jitsu coach Trevor Roberts.
