It was great to have five of the seven monkeys on the mats last night, showing off their hard earned medals and belts; hard work has truly been rewarded, our best result in the club's history and at one of the UK's prestigious event, not bad for a humble back street club in SW19, training twice a week and the odd Saturday here and there :)
