No Gi at SW19!

 Another killer No Gi session last night, going without the PJ's again this week, as we have two monkeys competing at the English Open on Sunday.

So it was lots of wrestling cardio drills and brutal shark tanks for them both and a few other lucky fellows, because I'm a nice guy and don't want anyone to ever feel left out in class :)
