Yet another great day at the office this weekend for the monkeys and scoundrels, with scoundrel Oli bagging a well earned gold medal in No Gi at the South Coast Submission Open on Saturday and James and Ron from Wimbledon BJJ, competing an age division lower, mixing it up with the young guns and taking a silver medal each.
More medals added to the Northern Monkey Smoothcomp account, looking forward to the next round of comps for everyone :)
