Reasons People Quit BJJ

Here's a very interesting article written by second degree black belt and Atlanta resident Sam Joseph.

As the saying goes, 'winners never quit, quitters never win.'

If you're having any problems, whether it's to do with your training, or an issue outside the gym, speak to your instructor about it.  The last thing they want to see is a student leave the academy, every student is important to them. Instructors invest a lot of time and effort into helping students realise their full potential and are more than happy to lend a sympathetic ear.
