Huge congrats to Marcus who was baptised on the mats and undertook a twenty five minute shark tank, rolling one minute with every student and my good self and was rewarded with two stripes on his white belt.
An awesome display of heart, stamina and a never give up attitude :)
The knackered smile says it and what's more, he's a Northerner :)
