Managed to get my female PSP student filmed hitting the pads, using a few tools from the Combatives Toolbox, which is on the PSP syllabus...
Easy to learn gross motor skills, that work well under pressure testing and gets the job done quickly...
Speaking to my student, she now says she feels a lot more confident and safer when she is out and about, which is the best feedback an instructor can get.
