Last night's class

 Really enjoyed class last night, even managed a shark tank of my own, alongside fellow black belt Bruno and birthday boy Liam :)

It was good to get the blood flowing again, after months of injuries and setbacks, looking forward to more of the same on our Saturday class this weekend :)
