Last night's class

 Had a great session last night, delivered a spot of Applied Jiu Jitsu, starting with a standing shoulder lock and moved onto to double collar grabs and disengagements.

Also talked about situational awareness and the pre fight, in fight and post fight fear; I thoroughly enjoyed it, something a little different from our regular class, but it's all Jiu Jitsu :)

Had the pleasure of another White Eagle as one of Marta's friends was in town, so she brought her down and I obliged her with a shark tank on her very first class, which she really enjoyed :)
