Safe Hands Self Defence!

 Both Wimbledon BJJ and Precision Self Protection are pleased to announce that we are fully on board with the Safe Hands Self Defence project in Bristol.

Gary and I met the owner Siobhan at a training course last year and Siobhan attended my PSP sessions in Brixton, travelling from Bristol each week and joined in the Saturday classes in Wimbledon.

Covid restrictions has delayed her launch, now things are back to normal, Siobhan is raring to go and is back training BJJ and PSP with me and aims to start training Thai boxing over in Bristol.

Gary, Craig and myself are very pleased to be on a board on what is a truly inspirational project, where we can all help those that need it the most and we wish her every success!
