Wednesday Madness!

 Another action packed day of Jiu Jitsu at Northern Monkey HQ, starting off with the L'il Monkeys class, then the beginners class and really fun advanced class, packed full of fun moves such as the helicopter choke, the Gator roll guard pass, vaporisers and rolling bow and arrow chokes :)
