Shark tank for Adriana!

 I had the pleasure of giving student Adriana her first shark tank, to help celebrate her birthday on Tuesday, as I'm kind like that and always nice to celebrate a milestone with a shark tank. She faced seventeen of us, going over side control to mount and she displayed spirit and a never give up attitude and the smile on the photo says it all.

It shows how much she enjoyed it and was a big boost to her confidence, which is what I love about Jiu Jitsu, it's a very strong empowering tool for women, so I'm looking forward to giving her many more shark tanks in the future :)
