Stripes for the ladies!

 Of all the belts and stripes I've given out, giving these ladies their first stripes gave me the most pleasure last night :)

Both ladies have black belts in enthusiasm and always light up the mats with their infectious enthusiasm and willingness to get stuck into their training; both students completed a full on gruelling one hour shark tank and never once complained or gave up, they were pushed to their limits and then they dug in and pushed on some more, expanding their comfort zones along the way!

There were tears at the end of class when I gave them their first stripe each, which just shows how much the training and stripe means to them both and look forward to giving them more stripes and colour upgrades in the future.
