Had an awesome time with one of my students over at London Fight Factory today, at the second lunchtime class; after a quick recap of yesterday's techniques, Cyborg progressed with more options of attacking with the omoplata from the closed guard, with a couple of defences and an excellent one on finishing the submission, that prevents your opponent from posturing and then something else if they do manage to posture.
Lots of fun and a packed mat once again, the energy on the mats was immense and can't wait to do it all again tomorrow :)
