Last night's class

Great class last night covering opening the closed guard and passing low with the double under hooks, plus a few cheeky submissions; great fun as always and great to be back properly on the mats teaching and training with the lads here at Wimbledon BJJ and also getting my own training done over at London Fight Factory, long may my body hold out and let me keep training :)
