Last night's class

HUGE thanks to Jas, Ron and Dan for taking the class last night in my absence, I was informed that lots of hard work and sweat was created from all who turned up, that's all I can ask for as a coach.

Well everyone, I'm back in tomorrow, look forward to seeing you all and twisting up fools :)
