Last night's class...

Busy mats last night, as we went over the content left by Cyborg on the first session of his at LFF...lots more to follow for the rest of the week.  Another awesome lunchtime session with Cyborg today, carrying on from yesterday, it's been a real great camp so far and lots more to train tomorrow :)
