After the intense week of Jiu Jitsu with Professor Cyborg last week, Wimbledon BJJ was back open for business last night, drilling out some of the info left by the Professor...lots of techniques and concepts to sink into the old grey matter, to be drilled on the mats and tested out in sparring.
A great start to the week last night and more of the same tomorrow!
