 Many thanks to Gorgeous George for taking the last ever class at Holistic Fitness Studios, as we move to a new full time academy in December.

The first class will be on Monday December 2nd, 8pm :)

 Always great to see my monkeys coming back to the club with their hard earned medals...everyone has worked every hard for this competition and all year for that matter, it really is a team effort to get these medals and hopefully might get a couple of monkeys competing in December, round off the year in style :)

 A great day at the office on Sunday as three monkeys competed and came away with two silver and two bronze medals :)

Medals for Bart, Mike and Simon and it was Simon's first comp so extra congrats, the first of many for Simon :)

WIMBLEDON BJJ IS MOVING!!

 After ten years teaching in Wimbledon town centre, I'm pleased to announce that I have found a new permanent home for Wimbledon BJJ and Northern Monkey Jiu Jitsu :)

Located in South Wimbledon, the first class will be Monday December 2nd and a new full timetable will be out soon :)

Last night's class

 Another killer session last night at SW19, a few monkeys competing at the weekend, so shark tanks were out in full force, only one more session tomorrow before the comp, so full steam ahead!
